Class participants will learn how to take advantage of new tools and interface elements to speed up database creation and editing tasks. For example, creating new forms and reports becomes considerably easier in Access 2007 with two new WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) design tools. Students should take this class, which focuses specifically on Access’s new features, after taking the Migrating to Office 2007 course.

        Prerequisites

        • Familiarity with a previous release of Microsoft Access, such as Access 2000 or Access 2003
        • Successful completion of the Migrating to Office 2007 course
